ACAC mind~body instructors are dedicated to their craft. They hold degrees in holistic ministries, oriental medicine, occupational therapy and a variety of certifications in yoga, Pilates, Nia and other forms of mind~body instruction. They enjoy working with the members to experience an exercise like no other.
